The location of the Retreat really can’t be beat.  Conveniently located at junction of State Route 248 and the Jordanelle Parkway.  It’s 10 minutes to Main Street or 10 minutes to Kimball Junction.

 

Last reason you should consider the Retreat is the price.  While prices have gone up the value really can’t be beat.  If you are interested in The Retreat, listings don’t last long.  HOWEVER, since we represented the developer and sold the original 148 townhomes, we often know of listings that haven’t come to market yet.
