Golden Eagle is a new master planned community in Hideout City limits at Jordanelle Reservoir.

This new community will be located on the east side of highway 248 offering incredible views of Jordanelle Reservoir.  Located directly across the highway from the Tuhaye golf community.

  Golden Eagle is located in the Wasatch School District.  It will be developed in three planned phases with a a total of 328 homesites.  It will feature only Single Family Homes.  The amenities will include a community gather space that includes a indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces.  Paving should start late 2018 with all utilities in by Summer 2019.   While homes can be rented within Golden Eagle, there is minimum 3 month time frame.  Minimum Square foot of all homes will be 3,200 square feet and maximum 7,000 square feet.   There will be an formal entry with electronic gate, however the roads will be maintained and plowed by Hideout City. Estimated Homeowner Association dues will be approximately $150 per month and an infrastructure bond of $200 per month.
