This area is named after the Alpine Ski Resort, “Deer Valley”. Known for it’s upscale amenities and impeccable service it consistently ranks as one of the top ski resorts in the nation.

 

Home to the the 2002 Winter Olympics Deer Valley hosted freestyle moguls, aerials and slalom events, Deer Valley still hosts a World Cup event each year.

 

The Deer Valley area offers all types of residential living options. Large ski in, ski out homes, luxurious condos and condo-hotels.

 

Deer Valley in real estate terms is generally broken up in to 3 different areas. Upper Deer Valley, Lower Deer Valley and Deer Crest.

 

Just some of the condo projects in Lower DV include Black Diamond Lodge, Bristlecone, Chaparral, Deer Lake Village, Fawngrove, In the Trees, Pinnacle, Pine Inn and the Trails End at Deer Valley.

Lower Deer Valley

Lower Deer Valley features Snow Park Lodge and the main parking area for the resort. Around Snow Park you will mostly find Condos. In the center of lower Deer Valley is a small lake with the famous Deer Valley Grocery Café and small commercial building. Lower Deer Valley just beyond the immediate Snow Park area you will find larger more luxurious homes on larger estate type lots in Solamere, the Oaks and Hidden Meadows.

 

You can also access Deer Crest through Lower Deer Valley. Deer Crest is an exclusive gated community that offers ski-in ski out access and is home to the St. Regis Hotel. The St. Regis Hotel features 67 condo-hotel rooms complete with butler service. Deer Crest home ownership opportunities include vacant land, large homes and condos.

Upper Deer Valley

Where should we start? At the top! There are actually really 2 sections of Upper Deer Valley, the original development at Silver Lake Village home to developments like American Flag, Bald Eagle Club, Stein Erickson Lodge and Residences, Deer Valley Club and the Knoll at Silver Lake.

 

In this quaint area you will find a European flair abound and 5 star restaurants to choose from. While not all residences are ski-in ski out easy access to Main Street and the views more than make up for it. While scarce there is still vacant land available, but mostly you will find large homes, luxurious condos and condo-hotel homes to chose from.

 

The second area and newest is Empire Pass. This recently developed area is home to the finest condominium homes the Montage Hotel and ski-in, ski out homes. New construction is abound at Empire Pass, some of the newest projects include One Empire Pass, The Belles at Empire Pass and the Residences at Empire Pass.
